This fantastic air conditioned villa located in a landscaped idyllic resort village setting is the ideal location to have a superb holiday, whether you wish to wind down after Disney or use it as a base for exploring the fantastic Gulf Coast area of Florida. There is everything you need on resort and its surrounding area facilities.
There are two bedrooms, the master having a double bed, walk in wardrobe/dressing area, and ensuite bathroom and tv. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds with built in robes. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened Lanai/sun room so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise or set.
There is also a sofa/bed in the living room that can be made up to accomodate 2 more guests if required. Max 6 persons/villa.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with all usual appliances and also a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
The living room floor has just been newly tiled and the vaulted ceilings and 1400sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. It has cable tv, dvd player and ipod dock.
Internet access and telephone.
New bedroom carpets have been layed summer 08, along with repainting throughout internally, and new sun room/lanai furniture.
There are three eating areas (lanai, breakfast and formal). There is a large integral garage with electric door for ease of use. Parking for a second car if required outside the villa.
The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac, and has just undergone a makeover. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the large heated pool/jacuzzi or tennis courts and other activities on site. Barbaque/picnic area overlooking the lake and feature fountain. Everything is on one level, so its easy to get about.
Home from Home. Friendly, safe, and relaxing yet minutes from shopping/beaches/bars/restaurants,golf and a host of activities to suit all tastes.
We think its the best value villa on the gulf coast. As we are private owner/renters, our prices are often much lower than 'managed villas'. We also have a local agent to take care of minor problems and requests etc.
