The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The 28ft x 14ft pool has has an adjacent spa. and can be heated in the cooler months. Being a south/west facing deck it receives all day sunshine starting on the extended deck and moving round the pool until the sun sets. The games room has been professionally fitted and has a full sized pool table, TV and Playstation 2. There is plenty of seating if you just want to relax and watch TV. The two master king bedrooms both have ensuites one with a dressing area. The queen bedroom also has an ensuite and the two twin bedroom share a bathroom. One is Disney themed for the children.
