Bedrooms: Bedroom 1. Memory foam mattress on extra kingsize bed with full en-suite master bathroom and two walk in closets.
Bedroom 2 Queen bed
Bedroom 3 two single beds.
Bedrooms 4 & 5 are on ground floor and have a Queen in room 4, two singles in 5.
Bathrooms: En-suite to Bedroom 1, all other bedrooms share two full bathrooms with an additional 1/2 bath downstairs and another 1/2 bath serving the pool area.
Kitchen: Microwave, large oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and enough cutlery and dinner service to accomodate 12.
Utility Room: Large drier and washer in separate utility.
Living Rooms: The kitchen has a diner area for six plus full separate dining room for a further six. Family room by the dining room and full separate lofted ceiling lounge with two sofas, T.V. and access to pool, lanai and deck.
Other: Games Room with 'boys toyz', for the girls too of course!, full internet, Playstation and other games for those much needed rest days. Pool Table, Table Tennis and full size air hockey.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Full cleaning provided at beginning and end of stay, included in price. Three sets of linen and twenty plus towel sets are available.
Notes on accommodation
Suitable for children and those with disabilities as there is wide access to the property and two of the three bedrooms are to the ground floor.
The pool is fully screened and has a child safe fence accross, child safe high reach handles to the pool area and out of reach door locks to pool access doors.
Good wheelchair access with downstairs bedrooms & bathroom.

Distances
Disney area is just 5 miles and around a ten minute drive. Seaworld is around 20 minutes and Univeral less than 1/2 and hour. Times vary during spring break due to large volumes of traffic, but the times above are the average for the rest of the year.

There are restaurants nearby plus a number of sports bars and two major supermarkets. Free wireless broadband and HD cable provided plus free local calls. A fantastic nature reserve at Lake Louisa is just 3 miles away.
