This two storey five bed villa is located on the gated section of Legacy Park. Highgate Park is just 5 miles from Disney and has a Publix & Wallmart within half a mile. There are restaurants nearby plus a number of sports bars and two major supermarkets. Free pool heating included. The villa is also close to numerous high standard golf courses and is just a 10 minute drive to the Disney Maingate Area. It has free wireless broadband internet access and high definition cable TV. The villa has a private 36ft pool, jet spa and excellent furnishings & facilities. We now have a full gamesroom and Sony playstation 2. Numerous golf courses are within 5 minutes of Champions Gate, Highland Reserve and Polo Park public course.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Our rates are very competitive and we have late dates available as this is a new home just on the rental market. Late availability for 2009. Optional pool heating at 15.00 a day. Departure cleaning included, extended departure time usually available. Plus we always provide a careful pre-arrival checks. We use a Management Company who for our property and are they on hand to help you if required. Changeover day
